By creating an account or using Bloom Days, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of the Bloom Days mobile application.

2. Description of Service

Bloom Days is a mobile application that helps parents and caregivers track their baby's daily activities — including feeds, diaper changes, sleep, medications, measurements, milestones, doctor visits, and more. The app supports real-time syncing between family members through invite codes.

The service is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, with clear notice to existing users.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use Bloom Days, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information.
• Keeping your password secure and confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Bloom Days only for its intended purpose — tracking your baby's activities as a parent or caregiver. You may not:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access another user's account or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

5. Health Information Disclaimer

Bloom Days is not a medical device. The app is designed as a personal tracking tool for parents and caregivers. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.

Growth charts, milestone suggestions, and any other health-related features are for informational purposes only and are based on publicly available reference data (such as WHO growth standards). They are not a substitute for professional medical consultation.

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical questions or concerns about your child's health, growth, or development.

6. Intellectual Property

The Bloom Days app, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by Bloom Days and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Bloom Days (activity logs, baby information, notes, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you and your family members.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. We do not verify or validate any health data recorded in the app.

8. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your information. Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

You may stop using Bloom Days and delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the app, or by contacting support@bloomdays.app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you first.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bloom Days is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

While we strive to keep your data safe and the app reliable, we cannot guarantee absolute security or data integrity. Please do not rely on Bloom Days as your sole record of important medical information.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Days and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from reliance on information provided by the app.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
